Cross-country Fügen (New Year)
With its 105 km runs and the tracks in the nearby Fügen, the Hochzillertal is an attractive destination for every cross-country skiing fan! Kaltebach offers 15 km run (600 - 1,800 m). If you enjoy a nice view during your tour you will just love the promenade run. The 1 km track requires a fee but offers a stunning view of the snowy Hochzillertal scenery. Fügen has another 24 km of tracks, amongst these, the 9 km high run (1,500 – 1,670 m, also for a fee), near Hochfügen. Experienced cross-country skiers will enjoy the run from Fügen via Uderns to Ried. With its 15 km this is the longest run in the skiing region.
