Location/Facilities- The comfortable 4-star Activity Hotel Kohlerhof lies directly at the Spieljoch lift and offers a unique view over the valley and the surrounding mountain landscape. The lively resort centre with shopping and leisure time facilities can be reached after approx. 1 km. The ski bus stops directly opposite the hotel and takes you to the ski area Hochfügen. The well-kept spa hotel comprises a main building and annex which are connected via an underground passage way. The stylish hotel's facilities include a reception area with sitting corner, lift, dining hall and an a la carte restaurant, parlour, hotel bar, Internet corner (payable locally), as well as a sun terrace. Further the hotel offers a large spa area (approx. 800 m²), with and indoor pool (approx. 100 m² water space and 29°C water temperature), counter steam system, floor jets, rock grotto with water falls and rain showers, outdoor pool, steam bath "Mineralienwunder", sauna with heat cabin, organic sanarium, infrared area and relaxation room, hay bath and further spa facilities. During the whole day there is juice, fruit and tea in the spa area included and fee to take. Solarium and other spa treatments can be booked and paid for locally. Further every full-paying guest receives a spa voucher valued at €15 and one solarium chip (for stays from 5 nights). The swimming pool is open daily between 07:00 and 21:00 and is free to use, the sauna area is open daily between 14:00 and 23:00. Entertainment offers include live music twice a week and a guided torch hike. Free parking spaces are also available at the hotel.
Furnishing/board
The comfortable and nicely furnished rooms in Tyrolean style offer a bath or shower/wc. Accommodation may take place in the main or side building. The included half-board PLUS comprises a vitality breakfast buffet with organic products from local farming, a skier's snack in the afternoon from 15:00 - 17:00 (drinks payable locally) and a 4-course evening meal with choice and salad buffet. Vegetarian and dietary cuisine can be ordered on pre-request. Once a week there is a farmer's buffet offered. The Christmas gala dinner and a New Year's Eve ball with live music and gala dinner are also included.
