The Landhaus Monika, located quietly yet in a sunny spot, is both approx. 500 m from the resort centre as well as from the Spieljoch lift away. The ski bus stops in close proximity to the accommodation. The ski area Hochzillertal/Kaltenbach as well as Hochfügen can be reached within 8 or 12 km. Hotel facilities include a ski room with ski boot driers, a roof terrace with panoramic view as well as a sauna which can be used for free once per stay. Free parking spaces are also available.

Furnishing
The friendly furnished apartments offer a living/sleeping area with satellite TV, further bedrooms and a kitchenette (or kitchen) with dining corner and dishwasher, 2- or 4-ring hob, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. Furthermore the apartments have a shower/wc as well as some also a balcony or terrace. Self-catering.
