Ski holidays Fuschl – Alpine spa resort at the lake!

Fuschl am See

Fuschl is fairly small holiday resort and is located directly on the shores of the idyllic Fuschlsee, right in between Salzburg and Bad Ischl, in the heart of the Salzkammergut. Fuschl is popular holiday resort for activity seekers, as the conditions here are ideal - both in summer and in winter.

For winter sports fans there are numerous activity offers in resort available, but especially the close proximity to the ski area Gaissau-Hintersee and some individual lifts in the area, are ideal for families and beginners. Beautiful cross-country trails, tasty local specialities and impressive mountain backdrops round off the diverse offers and ensure this area makes for a perfect holiday experience.

Salzkammergut

The holiday region of Salzkammergut lies on the northern Alpine border and is situated in northern Austria, on the border to Steiermark and near Salzburg. Salkammergut extends from the Wolfgangsee, over the Almtal and the Dachstein glacier, and all the way to the eastern edge of the city of Salzburg. With its gorgeous location in the Alpine foothills and on the edge of the northern Limestone Alps, the landscape harbours 76 lakes of various sizes, such as the Wolfgangsee, Mondsee, Attersee, and the Traunsee. Innumerable mountains, such as the Dachstein, Traunstein, and the Höllengebirge, create a dreamy, wintery panoramic view.
