The family-run Haus Margit lies quietly, yet centrally, approx. 300 m from the resort centre of Kössen and approx. 2 km from the ski area. The nearest ski bus stop is approx. 100 m away and cross-country trail runs directly past the accommodation. To the public swimming pool in Reit im Winkl, it is approx. 6 km (unlimited access for hotel guests). The cosy pension's facilities include a lounge and breakfast room with cable TV, a ski room, and a guest kitchen with refrigerator, oven, hob, sink, coffee maker, kettle, and dining area (useable for a fee). The Tyrolean-style Apartment Zasserl is located in a tranquil area, approx. 6 km from the centre of Kössen, and offers an exceptional view of the surrounding mountains. A farm yard is located directly beside the apartments. The nearest ski bus stop is approx. 2 km away and the Unterberghorn lift can be reached within approx. 6 km. The family-run 2-star Gasthof Hüttwirt is approx 1.5 km from the centre of Kössen. The lift is approx. 500 m away, the bus stop is in front of the building. A cross-country ski trail runs approx. 300 m from the guest house. The Gasthof Hüttwirt has an in-house distillery and does its own organic farming.
