The well-kept adn well equipped Appartementhaus Franz-Josef is located directly in the centre if Stumm. To the Kaltenbach ski area it is approx. 800 m and the ski bus stops directly in front of the building. Shopping facilities as well as the cross-country trails are to be found in close proximity. The hotel facilities include a reception with sitting area, a ski room with ski stands and ski boot driers as well as a lockable baggage room. Sauna and relaxation rooom are available daily (apart from Saturdays) from 16:30 - 19:30 free of charge. Free parking spaces are also available.
