The family-run Guest House Platzwirt is in the traffic-free centre of Rauris. The cosy hotel hall, rustic pine parlour, and bright, modern rooms take care to ensure a comfortable stay. The annex building is also a family-run pension.

Annex building: 200 m Ski area / lift: Kreuzboden or Gondola Hochalm 400 m Cross-country trails: 400 m Ski bus (nearest stop): 20 m, free Located in the resort centre in pedestrian zone.

Rooms
In the main house: bath or shower/wc, balcony, radio, telephone, cable TV. In the annex building: shower/wc, TV. Non-smoking.

Board
Included: half board PLUS: hearty breakfast buffet, afternoon snack (coffee/tea, cake, ice cream for kids), lunch packet for the piste, 3-course evening meal with choice of entree as well as salad buffet. Once weekly a regional specialty night takes place. Diet cuisine possible on request. 2 drinks/person/day with evening meal, eg .25 L softdrinks, .25 L table wine, .5 L beer, coffee/tea, no spirits. All meals and board services taken in the main house.

Fitness/wellness
Incl.: sauna, steam bath, relaxation room, infrared cabin. Opening hours as posted locally.

Entertainment
Included: 1 x weekly horse-drawn sleigh ride. For a fee: 2 x weekly toboggan evening, 2 x weekly swimming bus to the Thermentempel to Bad Hofgastein or Kaprun (bookable at tourism association), 1 x weekly torch-lit hike (approx. €1.00 for torches)

Cot, children's menu on request. High chair.
