The cosy and well-kept apartment house is situated very centrally in Ellmau, in the lovely mountainous surroundings of Wilder Kaiser-Brixental. The lifts are located just approx. 300 m away, shopping opportunities are just steps away. The facilities include ski / ski boot room with boot dryer, as well as a wellness area with sauna, steam bath, and quiet area. Ample parking spaces are available.

Furnishing/Board
The two-storeyed apartments are new and modernly furnished. They include bath or shower, (often a separate) wc, cable TV, stereo system, telephone, balcony, internet access and room safe. The kitchenette includes a ceramic hotplate, microwave, electric kettle and coffee machine. Self-catering, but bread roll service can be ordered at the destination.
