The brand new apartment house (built in 2005) is located in an ideal location in the centre of Zell am Ziller. Shops can be reached on foot. The ski bus stop is located 100 m away and brings you to the Zell lift (1.5 km), and to the Horberg lift (4 km). A cross-country ski trail is 300 m away. The house is comfortably furnished with a lift, reception, ski room with heated ski boot dryer and one underground parking space per apartment. Further free parking is located 200 m away.

Furnishing/Board
The modern apartments have one or two bedrooms, with either two double beds or one double and two single beds). They also have a living/sleeping area with a pull-out sofa for two people, satellite TV, telephone, dining table, as well as a shower and separate wc. Some with balcony or terrace. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, 4-ring hob, microwave with grill function, electric kettle, and coffee machine. Self catering.
