Ski holidays Guzet Neige - the ultimate snow experience in the Pyrénées!

Guzet Neige

The winter sport resort, Guzet Neige, is located in the heart of the Pyrénées, in the Département Ariège. It lies above Ustou at an altiude of approx. 1,400 m and has a fantastic view over the massif of Mont Valier and Montauban. There aren't any large concrete constructions, which is typical in other French resorts. The resort has maintained its charm and the original flair of a mountain village in the Pyrénées. The chalets are located in amongst wonderful fir forest and is appealing to those looking for a relaxing holiday. From here you have direct access to the Guzet ski area. In the evenings, you can test out the many restaurants. In January there is even the possibility to try out skijoring.

Midi Pyrénées

The Midi-Pyrénées are located in the French part of the Pyrénées, between the Atlantic and the Mediterranean. The region is divided into three: the south is characterised by the Pyrénées high mountain range. The north-east and due north belong to the Massif Central's low mountain range. The central and north-western part of the region is, in contrary, flat. It is defined by the course of the river Garonne and its tributaries, which lead into the Atlantic. The predominantly agrarian-orientated region is highly active in the field aerospace, which has a good standing within Europe. The Midi Pyrénées accommodate 23 of the 38 winter sports resorts of the Pyrénées.
