Ski area Saint-Lary-Soulan

At an altitude of between 1,620 and 2,515 m the three districts have joined to create one large ski area. Nothing stands in the way of fun on the 50 km of piste here. It doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner or a pro, everybody gets their money’s worth in St. Lary Village. For those who lack practice on skis, there are a variety of descents around Saint Lary 2400 and the district Saint Lary Pla d'Adet. The more experienced skiers and snowboarders will have fun on the higher situated area around Saint Lary Espiaube, where you’ll find a snow park, as well as challenging runs. The 36 km long "Mirabelle" piste covers a difference in altitude of 700 m and should not be missed. In total, 31 lifts ensure that your access into the snow-sure ski area is as uncomplicated as possible. Pros can also enjoy the off-piste and deep snow areas, which are most easily reached from Soum de Matte.

Après ski Saint-Lary

For night owls the resort offers clubs where you can party wild and burn off some excess energy. Those looking for a quieter affair can see the day out in one of the many bars or restaurants. Definitely worth visiting is the mountain restaurant “Les Trois Guides” in Espiaube, where you can marvel at the great views at an altitude of 1,900 m. There are plenty of sports activities off the piste to keep you entertained. With snow-mobiling and paragliding your nerves will be put to the test. The landscape is best explored when snow-shoe hiking and dog sledding. There is a wellness area in the thermal baths “Sensoria”, which is perfect for relaxing in after a strenuous day on the piste. All around Saint Lary there are 2,400 wonderful winter hiking trails to lead you through the snowy winter landscape.
