The completely renovated Résidence Les Balcons de Bellevarde is located at the entrance to Val d'Isère in the district of La Daille. It is directly opposite the pistes and approx. 200 m from the Funival (cable car). A shopping arcade with extensive shops is only 100 m from the Résidence, whose facilities include a ski room (1 ski box per apartment) and luggage storage room (unsupervised). Locally payable parking spaces are also available (upon pre-request).

Furnishing
The studios offer a living/sleeping area, bathroom and some also have a separate wc, TV (payable locally), telephone, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave oven with grill, dishwasher and coffee machine. Furthermore there is a balcony or terrace. The apartments additionally offer at least one separate bedroom.
