Location and facilities
The friendly 3-star superior IFA Hotel Alpenrose is located at the edge of the resort Mittelberg, approx. 700 m from the centre. The Zerna lift can be reached after about 550 m. A ski bus stop is to be found close-by and the Walmendingerhorn gondola is approx. 900 m away. Access to the nearest cross-country track is directly at the hotel.The family-friendly accommodation comprises two connected buildings and offers a reception, lift, Wi-Fi, restaurant and hotel bar. Furthermore, a locally payable parking garage is available to use, of which must be reserved with the hotel.
The spa area with indoor pool, two Finnish saunas, organic sauna, aroma steam bath and fitness room can be used for free. Solarium and massages are available if paid locally.
There are various evening entertainment programmes on offer with diverse programme events like a casino night. Children ages 3 and up can benefit from childcare during holiday periods (Sun. - Fri., 6 hours daily, no childcare available outside of the main holiday periods).
Board
The included half-board PLUS comprises a rich breakfast buffet with warm dishes and organic food corner. There are two different soups available as midday snack in the hotel lobby. In the evenings there is a buffet available with cold starters, soups, salad buffet, dessert and ice cream buffet, as well as a cheese buffet. The main dishes are freshly made by the house cooks in the restaurant. Once per week there is a welcoming event with sparkling wine.During the "Advents-Bonus" (from 01/12/2021 - 17/12/2021) and the "Frühjahrs-Bonus" (from 12/03/2022 - 30/04/2022), you can help yourself to coffee/tea and cake every afternoon (as well as biscuits and "stollen" during Advent), and you will also receive free beverages between 18:30 - 20:30 at the restaurant (excluding bottled wine, schnapps and warm beverages).
