Arrival and Departure
Each traveller is responsible for organising his/her own visa for entering and exiting the country. Please take care that you have a valid personal ID or passport, as well as – if necessary – a visa. Additionally, do not forget any recommended or required vaccinations. Please note: non-EU citizens may need to fulfill other entry requirements. Please contact your consulate for more information.

Pets are barred from transport.
Airport transfer
When booking a package holiday (flight and hotel), transfer to/from the hotel is not included. This can be added to your booking in the booking process, provided transfer to the hotel is offered.
If transfer is added to the booking, you will be welcomed at the airport and taken to your hotel or a central bus stop in resort by shuttle bus or taxi. Please pay attention to departure times for the return flight, which you can generally receive at your hotel's reception or from the transfer company directly.
Special information for flights to the USA: Destination airport for the resort Winter Park is Denver International Airport. The resort Heavenly can be accessed via the Reno International Airport and the Resort Park City via Salt Lake City Airport. Should you also be looking to add airport transfer, please contact us directly. We will do our best to help you find adequate means of transport.
Luggage
With all flights one piece of luggage per person is included (without extra costs).The total weight of checked luggage is generally 20 kg. Excess baggage incurs an excess baggage fee, depending on the airline. A single piece of luggage can generally weigh no more than 30 kg. One piece of hand luggage is allowed per person. Please note that liquids in hand luggage are only allowed in limited amounts. Detailed information can be found in the Terms and Conditions of the booked airline, which you can view and must confirm in the booking process.
Transportation of winter sports equipment entails a fee. They can be transported for a fee of GBP 22 per piece per flight route, as long as the airline undertakes the conveyance. Max. one piece of sports luggage per guest.
We must immediately be informed after the booking is made, unless you added excess baggage during the booking process, as only limited cargo capacity is available.
We recommend hiring equipment, which you can book directly with us in many resorts, for a very good price. This relieves you of much stress during the outward and return journeys.
