Ski area Kronplatz

With the lift pass "Skirama Kronplatz", you'll have more than just a little fun in the ski area surrounding the Kronplatz (2,275 m), South Tyrol's no. 1 ski mountain. Thanks to 216 snowmaking systems guaranteeing snow from December to April, 103 kilometres of piste, 32 modern lift systems at altitudes between 975 and 2,275 m and diverse leisure time opportunities, all visitors are sure to enjoy unforgettable snow enjoyment in Kronplatz! Snowboarders will get their kicks on the half-pipe. The region is also well-known as host to a diverse range of sports events, including the Snowboard World Cup, Biathlon World Cup or the international Gsiesertal Run, the largest sports event in South Tyrol! For even more skiing enjoyment, you can book an upgrade to the lift pass "Dolomiti Superski" and take your pick between 1,220 kilometres of piste and 448 lifts!

Rules of conduct on ski pistes in Italy

In order to ensure safety on the ski pistes in Italy, new safety regulations will come into force from 2022. In order to use the ski areas, everyone must have liability insurance that covers damage to third parties. It will also be possible to take out this insurance on site for individual days. Drunken skiing is prohibited and punishable by heavy fines, with a maximum of 0.5 mg of alcohol per litre of blood. To reduce the risk of injury, helmets are also compulsory for all minors when skiing, snowboarding or tobogganing.
