Ski area Val di Fiemme/Obereggen

Experience pure winter sports fun in Val di Fiemme! With theder Alpe Cermis, Pampeago-Obereggen, Alpe Lusia and Bellamonte there are a number of multi-faceted ski areas, offering approx. 120 km of piste to choose from - leaving no wishes unfulfilled.

The Alpe Cermis is ideal both for experienced skiers, but also for families with children, and beginners. A highlight for all those who want to dare a try is the piste "Olimpia", which covers 7 km in length and descends over 1,300 m difference in altitude. First tries on skis can be made on the blue pistes.

In Pampeago-Obereggen winter sports fans will find a total of 48 km of well-prepared pistes waiting for them. Beginners and pleasure skiers can enjoy themselves on the Bellamonte/Alpe Luisa area pistes. Experts will rather turn towards e.g. the Piavac piste - well used and recommended by the Italian national skiing team for training!

Freestylers will find the snow parks at the Alpe Luisa, at Passo Rolle or in the Ski Centre Laternar quite enjoyable. Quarter pipe, jumps, rails, tables and a half-pipe provide a lot of diversity and fun. Some deep powder snow areas are sure to attract a number of fans, e.g. at the Jochgrimm or at the Alpe Cermis. Just choose your perfect ski paradise - it's up to you!

Rules of conduct on ski pistes in Italy

To ensure safety on the ski slopes in Italy, stricter safety regulations have been in force since 2022. In order to use the ski areas, everyone must have liability insurance that covers damage to third parties. It will also be possible to take out this insurance on site for individual days. Drunken skiing is prohibited and punishable by heavy fines, with a maximum of 0.5 mg of alcohol per litre of blood. To reduce the risk of injury, helmets are also compulsory for all minors when skiing, snowboarding or tobogganing.

Après ski Trodena

The area around Trodena has a rich selection of entertainment offers, even away from the pistes - e.g. tobogganing, romantic winter hikes through the snowy landscape, or ice skating in the ice stadium. In the evenings you visit the cosy mountain huts which invite you in to linger. Enjoy some local specialities which provide a nice combination of Mediterranean and Alpine influence.

If you don't want to miss out on après ski and party, you will find the possibility to enjoy that in close-by Val die Fiemme. City flair can be found in the approx. 30 km distant Bolzano. Stroll through the shops and enjoy a visit in one of the many restaurants and cafés - just choose what you feel like doing.

Snowpark: Snowpark Bellamonte Alpe Lusia, Snowpark Pampeago-Obereggen Trodena

The ski area Val di Fiemme/Obereggen is a real paradise for ambitious winter sports fans. A fascinating panoramic view and with 8 from 10 days sunshine these are the best conditions to let your stress go and burn off some energy. Also the freestylers will find some great possibilities to try out new jumps and practise their moves.

The "Bellamonte Alpe Luisa" snow park lays at 1,970 m altitude and offers 49 obstacles which can be explored on a boardercross run. Boxes, rails, picnic table and more provide space for up to 12 riders at a time to test their moves and compete with each other.

If you rather prefer the "classic" version of a snow park, you will surely like the "Pampeago-Obereggen". On this piste there are 30 obstacles, a half-pipe and boardercross run available, perfect for all levels from beginner to pro. The "Parkhouse" is a further highlight here, because this is where you can relax with good music and enjoy some refreshing drinks after an exciting day. This is surely worth a visit!
