Location and facilities

This modern 4-star Alpine resort hotel is ideally situated, just around 200 metres from the centre of Zermatt, approximately 300 metres from the Gornergrat railway and about 200 metres from the railway station. A ski bus stop is located just 50 metres from the hotel.

The accommodation comprises three interconnected buildings. Facilities at this first-class hotel include a reception with hotel lobby, Wi-Fi, lounge, restaurant, bar, a 300 m² children’s play area, table football and a ski room.

The approximately 1,000 m² spa area, featuring an indoor pool, steam room, Finnish sauna, two relaxation rooms, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, and the fitness room, can be used free of charge. Massages are available for a fee.

As Zermatt is car-free, parking spaces are available in Täsch (for a fee); from there, you can take the shuttle train to Zermatt (approx. 12-minute journey). For a fee, you can use the public car park in Täsch or the hotel’s own car park with an electric car charging station at the Matterhorn Inn. In Zermatt, a hotel shuttle to and from Zermatt railway station is also available by prior arrangement.

Rooms

The comfortable rooms are equipped with a bathtub or shower/WC, TV, telephone, Wi-Fi, mini bar (for a fee), safe, hair dryer and, in some cases, a balcony. Accommodation is available in all three buildings.

Board

Depending on the room type or meal plan booked, the holiday price includes either breakfast or half-board PLUS, which comprises a generous breakfast buffet, afternoon tea and cake, and a 5-course set menu of your choice. All meals are served in the main building.

Important notes

• Zermatt can be reached with the shuttle bus from Täsch (for a fee).
• Children are allowed in the spa area but only when accompanied by an adult.
• When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with additional beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
