Within 5 days of placing the booking, you have the possibility to cancel the holiday for free, provided the trip is still more than 6 weeks (42 days) away. This possibility is offered once per customer or group, and only if the holiday has not already been rebooked.
Should the holiday commence within less than 6 weeks (starting the 41st day before arrival), cancellation fees apply as per section 4 a. of our General Terms and Conditions.
If you would like to amend your booking to another hotel or another travel date, this is possible free of charge up to 6 weeks (42 days) before the start of the trip, provided the desired alternative is available and neither the length of stay nor the number of travellers is reduced. The current price of the new trip applies. Last-Minute & More or promotional discounts cannot be taken into account.
