Night skiing Scheffau

Like many ski areas in Austria, the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental also has a considerable night ski offer. Night time skiing is possible in 3 ski areas: in Söll, Brixen and Westendorf. The SkiWelt Söll is even Austria's largest night ski area! On three days a week you can use 10 km of piste until night time: the five slopes at the Hochsöll gondola as well as the chairlifts Keat and Hexen6er are illuminated by floodlight Wednesdays till Saturdays until 21:30. Apart from the regular pistes, the fun area "Hans im Glück" at the 4-person chairlift is also illuminate. The night toboggan run at Hochsöll gondola and the ski huts at the pistes are also open these evenings. A separate lift pass has to be acquired for night skiing.

Additionally, the 500 m piste at the 4-person chairlift in Westendorf is illuminated every Tuesday until 21:00. At Schusterbühel lift in Brixen you can also find a 300 m blue night skiing piste that is illuminated until 19:00. In Westendorf and Brixen, night skiing is available for a fee.

Après ski Scheffau

Numerous rustic huts and snack bars, as well as bars and cafes, in the region or in the valley, invite you to come in for some apres ski - depending on your taste. The "Sternbar" is a good location for turning in, at the valley station Brandstadl. You should not, in any case, miss out on the lit toboggan run in Ellmau/Going or Söll, which is a great delight for all ages. A game of curling on one of the two curling rinks is a must for fans. Or enjoy the fascinating and idyllic winter landscape around Scheffau, either on a romantic winter hike, snowshoe hike, or a relaxing horse-drawn sleigh ride.

Countless restaurants and taverns with local and international specialities await you in the evenings. Later, immerse yourself in the dynamic nightlife of neighbouring Söll and Ellmau. Should you prefer exclusivity, you should visit the legendary Kitzbühel by night.

Snowpark: Kaiserpark Scheffau

Several great snow parks are available for you in the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental. From Scheffau you can most easily reach the "Intersport Kaiserpark" awaits you at the "Tanzboden" lift on the Hartkaiser. Beginners and the slightly more advanced can test their talent on the boxes and tubes of the easy line. For more advanced freestylers and pros, the medium line and pro line both offer a range of obstacles, including boxes and rails and jib elements. Furthermore, there is also a kicker line with 5 m kickers and a 8 m roller in the park. Between the rides and after a great day of freestyling, you can relax in the park's chill area.

Those looking for extra sports fun will find two further special highlights in the SkiWelt. Thanks to the floodlight runs the "Crazy Kangaroo Park" in Söll offers a night session four times a week and various exciting obstacles for all skill levels await adrenalin junkies and freestyle fans in the "Big Playground" in Westendorf. The Mini Playground in the practise area and the "Hans im Glück" ski obstacle course at the "Hans im Glück" gondola in Söll are great places for beginners!
