Updated: 17/09/2020

Is skiing possible in the 2020/2021 season?

Yes! Your 2020/2021 ski holiday can take place. Together with our partners at tourism agencies, lift companies and hotels, we look forward to welcoming you to a relaxing and safe ski holiday in the 2020/2021 season. Gondolas and mountain huts have already opened during summer, following corona-based hygiene restrictions. And in the event of closures during the winter, all of our customers can rely on our corona-money-back-guarantee!

Our corona-money-back-guarantee

If your booked accommodation or all ski areas included in the booked lift pass are closed due to the coronavirus one day before the start of your holiday (the arrival day), you are able to cancel for free. This is also the case if the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFA) sets their security rating to "do not travel" for your booked resort, or if travel is not possible due to the destination country having closed its borders.

We will arrange for a refund of the holiday price to leave our account within 14 days of the cancellation. For this past 2019/20 winter season, we reimbursed 100% of customer funds from holidays that had to be cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic. Customer funds are also protected by insolvency insurance.
