Is skiing possible in the 2020/2021 season?

The corona pandemic, and the measures being taken in response to it, continues to develop dynamically. Rules and restrictions are very different between different Alpine countries and sometimes change on very short notice (please see "Current Travel Warnings and Entry Regulations" for more information). Generally speaking, our partner tourism agencies, lift companies and hotels are prepared to offer you a relaxing and safe ski holiday in the 2020/2021 season. However, should the current coronavirus-related restrictions and closures continue, all of our customers can rely on our corona-money-back-guarantee.

Our corona-money-back-guarantee

If your accommodation or all ski areas included in the booked lift pass are closed due to the coronavirus during your booked holiday period, you are able to cancel for free. This also applies if the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFA), or the equivalent office at your residence, sets their security rating to "avoid non-essential travel" for your booked resort, or if travel is not possible due to the destination country having closed its borders. In this case, you are able to cancel for free via e-mail starting from 10 days before the holiday is due to begin. The cancellation must be completed no later than 2 days before the day of arrival.

In order to ensure efficient and chronological processing according to the date of arrival, we ask that you do not contact us until the deadline (10 days before the start of the holiday) if you wish to cancel. Please understand that due to the high workload, we cannot guarantee a prior reply and will reply to all incoming e-mails chronologically according to the start of the holiday.

We will then arrange for a refund of the holiday price to leave our account within 14 days of the cancellation. For this past 2019/20 winter season, we reimbursed 100% of customer funds from holidays that had to be cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic. Customer funds are also protected by insolvency insurance.
