Ski region Dolomiti Superski

The Ortler Skiarena is a large connection of ski areas in South Tyrol comprising a total of 15 bigger and smaller ski areas. The selections of pistes ranges from Ladurns nearby Sterzing and the Ritter Horn nearby Bozen to Merano to the Swiss border over an altitude from 1,500 m to more than 3,200 m. The ski areas thus spread over the whole eastern part of South Tyrol. All in all the lift pass "Ortler Skiarena" lift pass gives you access to 330 km of piste as well as 9 gondolas and 67 lifts.

The areas offer diverse pistes for all skiers - whether sportive, wallowers, nature lovers or families. In the surrounding areas above the famous spa resort Merano you can find family-friendly Meran 2000 with 40 km of piste. The ski areas Schwemmalm, Pfelders and Vigiljoch are also part of this sunny region. In Valle Isarco there are also the Rosskopf with 17.3 km and Ladurns with approx. 16 km, the Ritter Horn with 15 km all the way in the South, as well as Reinswald with 22.4 kilometres. With Sulden am Ortler and Schnalstal, two considerable glacier ski areas with each 35 km and 22 km respectively are also part of the connection.

The small ski area Minschuns is also part of Vinschgau, but is the only ski area out of the 15 that is located in Graubünden on the Swiss side. Here you you will find a little more quiet from the turmoil of large ski areas, but also possibilities for off pise skiing and nice ski tours.
