Cancel & Rebook for free

Free Cancellation

You have booked your trip and now your boss is not giving you the time off? We are happy to offer you our help with cancelling or rebooking the holiday! Up until a certain time we can amend or cancel bookings for free. For more details, please see the following information.

Free Cancellation

Within 5 days from placing the booking, you have the possibility to cancel the holiday for free, provided the trip is still more than 6 weeks (42 days) away. This possibility is offered once per customer or group, and only if the holiday has not already been rebooked.
Should the holiday commence within less than 6 weeks (from the 41st day before travel), cancellation fees apply as per section 4 a. of our General Terms and Conditions.

Book with confidence: cancellation free of charge until 30/09/2024!

For all bookings for the 24/25 season, we grant you the right to cancel free of charge until 30/09/2024, provided the holiday starts in more than 14 days. So book now and get excited!

Free Booking Amendment

Should you require to amend your booking to a different hotel or a different travel date, this is possible to do for free, provided the chosen option is still available, the holiday is still more than 6 weeks (42 days) away and the length of the stay, as well as a the number of travellers remains the same. Current prices without Last-Minute & More discounts apply for the new holiday.
Should the holiday commence within less than 6 weeks (from the 41st day before travel), amendment fees apply as per section 5 a. in our General Terms and Conditions.

Flex-Option: Cancellation and rebooking at even shorter notice up to 32 or 16 days prior to arrival

The majority of our holidays can now be booked with a Flex-Option, which allows you to cancel your booking or individual rooms one-time free of charge or to rebook at current prices, up to 32 or even 16 days before arrival.
