Location and facilities

The centrally located Résidence Pas de la Casa Alaska is located approx. 200 m from the lift to the ski area Grandvalira. If the snow conditions allow it, ski-out of the accommodation is possible. Shopping facilities can be found in close proximity.

The modern complex offers a reception with Wi-Fi (limited data rate), lift, lounge with TV and bar. Furthermore, there is a children's playroom, ski boxes and billiards (payable locally). Covered parking spaces (payable locally) can be found at the accommodation (based on availability).

Furnishing and board

The cosy apartments all have bath or shower/wc, a living/sleeping area with TV, Wi-Fi (limited data rate), safe (payable locally) and a hair drier, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette with electric and ceramic hob, toaster and refrigerator. Some of the apartments offer a terrace.

Important notes

• The deposit can only be paid by credit card and not in cash.
• The parking garage is not suitable for larger vehicles. If you are arriving in a larger vehicle, parking is available at the neighbouring Residenz Pas de la Casa Princesa (subject to availability, €12 per vehicle). Vehicles over 2 metres in height are too large for both car parks and must be parked in public car parks.
• Children aged 5 or under (age on departure) ski for free.
• No lift pass voucher is issued for seniors aged 65 or over. Seniors can purchase a lift pass on site at the lift ticket office or, depending on their year of birth, receive a free lift pass at the lift ticket office. Further information is available at the lift ticket office.
