Location and facilities

The traditionally run 3-star Alpenhotel Dachstein is situated in a quiet location approx. 2 km away from the health resort Bad Goisern. The approx. 18 km distant Dachstein-West ski area can be reached comfortably by ski bus, which stops about 2 km away from the accommodation. The acces point to the cross-country trail is approx. 1 km away.

The hotel's facilities include an entrance hall with reception, parlour with open fireplace, lift, Wi-Fi, restaurant, bar and a ski room which can be accessed from the hotel. Free of charge parking spaces can also be used (upon availability).

The approx. 500 m² large spa area (08:00 - 22:00, opening hours subject to change) was renovated in 2019 and offers an indoor pool, saunas, steam bath, jacuzzi as well as a relaxation room. Massages and spa treatments can be booked in resort (for a fee) Sometimes, dancing and entertainment evenings are organised.
