Location and facilities
The comfortable 4-Star Hotel Astoria in the centre of Bad Hofgastein and is situated only approx. 1.2 km from the ski area. The popular thermal bath "Alpentherme" is approx. 300 m away.The light and friendly furnished hotel offers a welcome area with reception, lobby with free-of-charge Wi-Fi (also in the hotel bar), lift, lounge, play room, seminar room, parlour, breakfast room, dining hall, restaurant, bar, café and a wine cellar. A sun terrace and free parking spaces can be found at the accommodation (based on availability).
The approx. 1,200 m² large spa area with indoor pool, thermal bath, steam bath, sauna, Finnish Sauna, infrared cabin, relaxation room and jacuzzi invites you with free-of-charge usage (pool area open 7 a.m. - 7 p.m., sauna area: 3-7 p.m.). A solarium is also at your disposal (for a fee). In the Alpine Beauty Spa, massages as well as beauty treatments such as ayurveda, bodystyling, body wrapping can be booked and paid locally (9 a.m. - 7 p.m., for a fee).
In resort, you will receive a 5% discount for Restaurant Winkler in Bad Hofgastein, as well as a €10 discount (cannot be exchanged for cash) for massage and therapy treatments at "Kur- & Sporthotel Winkler" in Bad Hofgastein (subject to change, limited opening hours, prior reservation required, only upon display of voucher, received with your travel documents).

The half board PLUS included in the holiday price comprises a rich breakfast buffet with healthy, regional farming products, a skiers snack in the afternoon (warm or cold, alternately sweet or hearty), as well as a 4-course menu (with choice of main dish) with a salad buffet in the evenings. On Christmas (24.12.) and New Year's Eve, special gala dinners with supporting programs are offered. For the children, a children's menu is scheduled.Room type

Important notes
- Children from 15 years may be admitted to the spa area. Children may be use the pool if accompanied by an adult.
- Children born in 2013 use the lifts in Gasteinertal for free. Should your child be using the lifts independently in other Ski amadé areas, a Minicard (lift pass) has to be acquired locally.
- In case you have booked equipment hire through us, the hire shop is located in Bad Gastein (approx. 10 km).
- When booking rooms with multiple or additional beds, there is no claim to the additional beds
