Location
The luxurious 4-star superior Hotel Norica Therme is located right in the centre of Bad Hofgastein. Access to the ski area is possible via the "Schlossalmbahn" lift, which is about 850 metres away. The Alpentherme Gastein thermal spa, located approximately 290 metres away, also offers a special spa experience. Cross-country skiing is available on the network of trails approximately 150 metres away. Ski buses stop directly at the hotel.Facilities
The hotel is connected to the Alpentherme Gastein thermal spa by an underground passage. The hotel's facilities include a reception, reception area, Wi-Fi, internet corner, hotel restaurant and hotel bar. You can store your winter sports equipment in a ski cellar. There is a public car park (approx. 150 m away) and a parking garage (for a fee) on site, subject to availability.Spa
The approx. 3,000 m² spa area is shared with the Hotel Österreichischer Hof and offers an indoor thermal pool, a textile sauna in the "Celtic Family" area, and the "Celtic Spa" sauna world with Celtic Fin (90°C sauna), Celtic Bio (60°C sauna), Celtic Sole (45°C steam bath with 13% brine), Celtic Infra (infrared cabin) and a shower area with ice crusher for cooling down. Bathrobes are available on site (on a rental basis).The price also includes daily admission to the Alpentherme Gastein (see information on site for opening hours). Covering an area of around 36,000 m², the family and fun area features a 110 m long Black Hole rafting slide, a speed slide, a lazy river, a multimedia adventure dome, a TV/video room and a toddler area.
In the relaxation area and spa spa, indoor and outdoor thermal pools, activity pools, spring pools, sports pools, air bubble loungers, air bubble geysers and spacious relaxation and recreation areas ensure relaxation.
In the Ladies World there is a saunarium (for ladies only). The spacious sauna village offers five different indoor saunas (infrared, bio and Finnish saunas, laconium, steam bath), three glass cubes in the outdoor area with loft, tunnel and Finnish saunas, as well as a mountain lake with a 100 m² water surface, spacious loungers and relaxation rooms, and a sauna bar that is open all day.
For a fee, you can enjoy various treatments such as massages, therapeutic baths, therapeutic mud, hay flower packs, inhalation or Stanger baths in the Celtic Vital area of the hotel (eight treatment rooms, opening hours as posted on site) and in the beauty centre.

When booking rooms with half board PLUS, catering includes a breakfast buffet. Afternoon catering includes a snack. In the evening, you will receive a 4-course menu of your choice with a salad buffet. A Christmas dinner is held on Christmas Eve (24/12) and a New Year's Eve dinner on New Year's Eve (31/12). A midnight buffet on New Year's Eve (31/12) rounds off the special culinary offerings for the end-of-year holidays. Dietary meals are also available on request.Guest card "Gastein Card"

Important notes
- When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with extra beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.

- On the day of arrival, the thermal baths are available from 15:00 onwards, and on the day of departure until 11:00
- If you are arriving by car, you are permitted to drive into the pedestrian zone directly in front of the front door. Please only use the west entrance.
- Children aged 5 or under can use the lift systems in the Gastein Valley free of charge. If your child uses the lifts in other ski areas of the Ski amadé independently, a minicard (lift pass) may have to be purchased on site.
- If you have booked equipment through us, the ski hire shop is located in Bad Gastein (approx. 9 km).
