Location

The modern 4-star KOSIS Sports Lifestyle hotel is situated directly in the centre of Fügen. The Spieljochbahn cable car, which is approx. 800 m away, will take you to the ski area. The thermal spa Erlebnistherme Zillertal also offers a special wellness experience and is situated approx. 1,2 km away. Ski buses stop right at the door.

Facilities

The hotel features various facilities, such as a reception, a lobby with a seating area, Wi-Fi, a lift, a dining room, the Wine & Dine à la carte restaurant, a hotel restaurant, the Zirbenstube parlour and the KOSIS Fun Food Bar hotel bar. Outdoors, hotel guests can find a terrace. Guests can store their ski and snowboarding equipment in a heated ski storage room with a ski boot dryer. Drivers can use a parking lot, a parking garage (for a fee) and a charging station for e-cars (for a fee) - subject to availability.

Spa

The 350 m² large wellness area invites its guests to indulge body and soul (opening hours: 16:00 - 20:00). When it’s time to replenish your energy, you have a choice between different facilities including a Finnish sauna, an organic sauna, a steam bath and a spa shower. Let the stress of everyday life dissipate in the relaxation room. Massages are available for a fee and help encourage an overall sense of well-being. Opening hours of individual wellness facilities and validity periods are subject to change.

Children

The children's playroom offers a range of play experiences for young guests to keep them content and entertained. High chairs and cots can be used free of charge (upon request and availability).

Entertainment

Entertainment options include gaming machines and table football. Other activities include a gym (approx. 40 m², opening hours 08:00 - 23:00) and table tennis. Guests can hire skis (for a fee) or snowboards (for a fee) - subject to availability.

Board

When booking rooms on a half-board basis, board includes a generous breakfast buffet. In the evening, you’ll be served a 3-course menu of choice with a salad bar. There’s a children’s menu available for dinner. On New Year’s Eve, there’s a special New Year's Eve menu with live music and fireworks. Vegan alternatives are also available on request.

• When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with extra beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
• This accommodation is not wheelchair-accessible.
• Please note: The Rosenmontag Ball will take place at the hotel on 08/02/2027, so please be aware that there is likely to be noise late into the night.
• Please note that the Spieljochbahn in Fügen will be closed at the start and end of the season, from 04/12 to 10/12/26 and from 30/03 to 11/04/27, and that the Ski Optimal Hochzillertal ski resort may not open until 05/12/26 if snow conditions are poor.
