Location

The cosy 3-star Skihotel Warmingerhof hotel is situated approx. 1 km away from the centre of Hochfilzen. Alpine skiers and snowboarders can get on a slope directly at the door. Cross-country skiing trails can also be easily accessed from the hotel. You can experience a rush of adrenaline on a well-prepared sledding track nearby. Ski buses stop within about 50 m.

Facilities

Our individually furnished hotel offers various amenities, such as a reception, Wi-Fi, a breakfast room, a hotel restaurant and a hotel bar. Guests can store their ski and snowboarding equipment in a ski storage room. Drivers can use a parking lot - subject to availability.

Spa

Our wellness area invites its guests to indulge body and soul and enjoy a Finnish sauna and an infrared cabin. A solarium is available for a fee.

Children

High chairs and cots can be used free of charge (upon request and availability).

Board

The half board catering plan includes a welcome drink and a rich buffet style breakfast with regional products. At dinner, our cooks put together a 3-course menu of choice with a salad bar. A festive dinner will be arranged at Christmas Eve, on New Year's Eve there is a festive dinner. On request, we also serve lactose-free dishes, gluten-free as well as vegetarian alternatives.

Important notes

• Minimum age sauna area: 16 years
• When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with extra beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
• This accommodation is not wheelchair-accessible.
• Please note that access to the ski area is restricted towards the end of the season. Towards the end of the season, from around 23/03/2026, the ski areas in Hochfilzen and St. Ulrich am Pillersee will already be closed, meaning that access is only possible via Waidring (Steinplatte). The same applies at the start of the season until around 13/12.
• If you have booked equipment through us, the ski hire shop is located in Fieberbrunn (approx. 7 km away).
