Location and facilities
The modern 4-star Superior Hotel Grandonna Mountain Resort is situated beautifully directly on the piste amid the impressive mountain landscape of East Tyrol. If snow-conditions allow, ski-in to the hotel is possible. You have access to the cross-country trail within approx. 200 m and the resort centre of Kals is approx. 2 km away.The comfortable hotel has a unique holiday atmosphere and offers a reception, entrance area, elevator, Wi-Fi (incl.), breakfast room, dining hall, restaurant, bar, wine cellar, reading room, parlour and a ski and ski boots room. The well-kept spa area (incl.) is 3,000 m² large and is equipped with an indoor pool with three pools (07:30 - 20:00), sauna, Finnish sauna, organic sauna, sanarium, steam bath, infrared cabin, relaxation area, as well as an outdoor pool (14:00 - 20:00). The solarium, a hairdresser as well as cosmetic and massage treatments can be used for a locally payable fee. Use of the fitness room is also included.
For younger guests (3 - 10 yrs.), the hotel offers a childrens' club (6 x per week, 09:00 - 21:00), and for older children (12 yrs. and above), a daily "Teenie programme" is organised (see information in resort). Babysitter service can be booked on request and for a fee. You can also find a health food shop, a sports shop with ski rental and a ski school office in the resort (for a fee). One free-of-charge parking space per room is available in the underground parking garage.

The half board PLUS is included in the holiday price and comprises a rich breakfast buffet with East Tyrolean specialities, a midday snack as well as a 4-course menu or buffet in the evening. The Christmas and New Year's Eve gala dinners are included as well.Pets

Important notes
- Access to the spa area is allowed from 16 years.
- Pets are not permitted in neither the restaurant nor sauna area.
- Use of the lifts for children under 6 years is free when accompanied by a full-paying parent. Children will not receive their own lift pass in resort. Should children be participating in lessons in resort, a ski pass will be necessary and must be separately purchased.
