Cross-country Kaltenbach - Ried - Stumm

Each of the villages in the Zillertal has its own cross-country trails. In total, this creates a network of approx. 125 kilometres in length. With a total of 53 kilometres of cross-country trails, the First Holiday Region in the Zillertal, which includes the villages of Bruck, Fügen, Kaltenbach, Strass, Stumm and Uderns, is a perfect destination for cross-country skiing.

The Stumm cross-country trail, for example, is particularly beautiful, connecting Kaltenbach and Stumm over a comparatively easy 9 km. The easy, 2 km-long cross-country trail in Ried, which starts at the Zillertalhof guesthouse, is also highly recommended for beginners. The nearby village of Uderns also offers a beginner-friendly cross-country trail that is 1.7 km long.
