Location and facilities

The cosy Haus Holaus is situated on the Kleinstummerberg in a sunny location, away from the hustle and bustle. The Hochzillertal ski area and the centre of Kaltenbach are around 5.5 km away, while the entrance to the Zillertal Arena is around 7.5 km away.

The cosy apartment has a living/sleeping area with double pull-out couch and satellite TV, bedroom, shower/WC, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, mini oven, dishwasher and kettle as well as a ski room with ski boot dryer. Self-catering.

  • Snow chains are recommended for arrivals with the car.
  • Please note that the ski area can only be used to a limited extent at the beginning and end of the season. In the period from 05/12 - 12/12/25 and 07/04 - 12/04/26 the Spieljochbahn in Fügen is closed.
