The cosy 3-star St. Florian hotel is situated approx. 200 m away from the centre of Kaprun. Access to the ski slopes is provided by the Maiskogelbahn mountain railway approx. 200 m away. Cross-country skiing trails are in close proximity. Ski buses stop within about 50 m.
