Location

The cosy Mariandl's Appartements apartments complex is located approx. 4 km away from the centre of Kaprun in the district of Piesendorf. You can access the ski area by taking the Maiskogelbahn gondola lift approx. 4 km away, or the Areitbahn cable car approx. 6 km away. In addition, the Kitzsteinhornbahn cable car operates in the area, the station is approx. 10 km away. Cross-country skiing trails can be reached within about 300 m. Ski buses stop within about 200 m. The Piesendorf railway station can be reached after approx. 700 m. Local shopping opportunities lie within approx. 100 m.

Facilities

Our accommodation features various facilities, such as Wi-Fi and a common room. Guests can store their ski and snowboarding equipment in a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer. Drivers can use a parking lot and a charging station for e-cars (for a fee) - subject to availability.

Spa

Our wellness area invites its guests to indulge body and soul (for a fee) and enjoy a sauna.
