Location and facilities

The 4-star Urban Art & Alpes - Avenida Mountain Lodges Kaprun are furnished with a great love of detail. The accommodation is located approx. 300 m from the resort centre of Kaprun. The Maiskogel ski area can be reached in approx. 500 m and a ski bus stop can be found in approx. 100 m. Shopping facilities are approx. 150 m and a cross-country ski trail approx. 500 m away.

The general facilities include a lift, Wi-Fi (incl.) and a ski room. Use of the sauna, infrared cabin and fitness room is also included (opening hours as per information in resort). Free-of-charge parking spaces can be used based on availability.

In resort, you will also receive a 5% discount at the "Deins & Meins" restaurant in Zell am See, as well as a €10 discount (once per person) at the "Fancy's" fashion boutique, when shopping for at least €60 (upon display of voucher, received with the travel documents).

Furnishing/board

The comfortable apartments have a living area with satellite TV, 2 separade bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster and kettle. Furthermore the apartments have 2 bathrooms with shower or bath/wc, Wi-Fi (incl.), safe (incl.), hair drier as well as a balcony or terrace. Self-catering. For a locally payable fee, bread roll service or breakfast can be booked in resort (as per information in resort).
