Location and facilities
The traditional 3-star Hotel Taxacher lies at the resort edge of Kirchberg, approx. 1.5 km away from the resort centre and just about 700 metres away from the Maierl lift and 1.5 km from the lift Pengelstein 1. The ski bus stops approx. 50 m away. The nearest cross-country trail can be reached after about 2 km, and a toboggan run is located approx. 500 m away.The cosy hotel is furnished with a reception with entrance hall and safe, lift, TV room, Wi-Fi, lounge, restaurant, hotel bar as well as a ski and boot room with boot dryers. Free parking spaces as well as an electric vehicle charging station may also be used (upon availability).
The spa area with Finnish sauna, steam bath, infrared cabins and relaxation room can be used for free from 15:00 - 20:00 (opening hours subject to change, possible changes seen in resort). Massages and treatments in the beauty centre can be booked in resort, for a fee.
The included guest card Brixen - Kirchberg - Westendorf provides you with numerous services and reductions in the area, such as free public transport (ÖBB trains from Kirchbichl to Hochfilzen, buses between Wörgl and Kitzbühel), reduced entrance to the Aquarena swimming pool in Kitzbühel, to the curling rink in Brixen im Thale and with other diverse partners like the Wildpark Aurach and the Swarovski Crystal World in Wattens (services and reductions subject to change, terms and conditions may apply, use of the card and other information as per further description in resort).
Board
You can choose between breakfast and half board. When booking a room with breakfast, a rich breakfast buffet is included. When booking a room with half board, in addition to the breakfast buffet, you will also receive a 4-course evening meal with choice including a salad buffet. The Christmas (24/12) and New Year's Eve menus are also included.Pets
