Location

The modern 4-star superior Hotel Eder – the Hochkönig Lifestyle is situated right in the centre of Maria Alm. Access to the ski area is via the “Natrunbahn” cable car, which is around 100 metres away. Cross-country skiing is available on the network of trails approximately 100 metres away. Ski buses stop right outside the hotel.

Facilities

Facilities at this comfortable hotel include a reception, lobby, Wi-Fi, lift, breakfast room, in-house restaurant and hotel bar. You can store your winter sports equipment in a ski/snowboard storage room. On-site facilities include car parks, an underground parking garage (subject to charge) and a charging station for electric cars (subject to charge) – subject to availability.

Spa

The approximately 500 m² spa area invites you to relax (14:00 – 20:00). Here you will also find a Finnish sauna, organic sauna, herbal sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin and Kneipp facility. You can also relax in the relaxation room. Inside your accommodation there is an indoor pool (07:30 – 20:00). The outdoor pool (07:30 – 20:00), which is connected to the indoor pool, is available to guests in the outdoor area of the accommodation. Massages are available for a fee. During your stay, a spa voucher worth €10.00 for selected spa treatments is included (not redeemable for cash, non-transferable). Bathrobes and slippers are available on site (on loan). Opening hours and validity periods are subject to change.

Board

When booking rooms on a half-board basis, meals include a generous breakfast buffet featuring regional produce and an organic selection. In the evening, you will be served a 5-course set menu with salad. A Christmas dinner and a New Year’s Eve gala dinner with a midnight snack and 1 bottle of champagne per room are also included. Special dietary requirements, including lactose-free, gluten-free and vegetarian options, are available on request.

Important notes

• When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with extra beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
• Children are not permitted in the sauna area. Only the herbal sauna may be used by children.
• Please note that the double rooms (Studio Eco) are the smallest rooms in the accommodation.
• The use of the lift systems is free of charge for children aged 5 or under (at time of departure) in Maria Alm. If your child uses the lifts in other Ski amadé ski areas independently, a minicard (lift pass) may need to be purchased on site.
• Easter family promotion: 14/03/2026 - 06/04/2026. Children born in 2010 or younger receive a free multi-day ticket for 6 days or more (official family proof required). The prerequisite is that at least one parent purchases a multi-day ticket from 6 days for the same period. If there are more children travelling with you than adults or if you do not meet the promotion requirements, a corresponding lift pass must be purchased on site.
