Location and facilities

The traditional 3-star Landgasthof Almerwirt is located quietly but centrally in Maria Alm and comprises a main building and a side building (approx. 20 m). The ski area of Maria Alm can be reached within approx. 500 m and you have access to the cross-country trails in approx. 100 m.

The friendly run hotel's facilities include a reception with Wi-Fi, restaurant, dining hall as well as a café and a terrace. Free-of-charge parking places can also be found at the accommodation (upon availability). Use of the sauna and indoor swimming pool is also included.

Rooms

The cosy rooms have a shower/wc, cable TV, hair dryer and some have a pull-out couch or bunk beds as well as some with balcony or terrace. The rooms are located in the main or the side building.

Board

The half-board included in the holiday price includes a breakfast buffet and a buffet dinner with salad buffet.

You will also receive the "Hochkönig Card" on site, which offers numerous discounts and free services such as guided winter hikes, night skiing and free use of public transport (subject to change, see information on site).

Important notes

• Access to the sauna is permitted to guests ages 15 and up.
• Children aged 5 or under (at time of departure) can use the lifts in Maria Alm free of charge. If your child uses the lifts in other Ski amadé ski areas independently, a minicard (lift pass) may have to be purchased on site.
• Easter family promotion: 14/03/2026 – 06/04/2026. When booking for 6 or more days, children born in 2010 or later receive a free multi-day pass (official proof of family relationship required). The prerequisite is that at least one parent purchases a multi-day pass for 6 or more days for the same period. If there are more children than adults travelling or if the promotion requirements are not met, a corresponding lift pass must be purchased on site. Further information is available at the lift ticket office.
• When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with additional beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
