The trendy 4-star superior hotel SEPP - Alpine Boutique Hotel (Adults Only) is located approx. 200 m from the centre of Maria Alm. The Hochkönig ski area can be reached after approx. 100 m and the ski bus stop is only approx. 50 m away from the accommodation. Additionally, a cross-country ski trail is approx. 250 m away.Facilities
The modern and individual boutique hotel has a reception, lounge, lift, Wi-Fi, breakfast room, bar, restaurant, parlour and library, as well as a ski locker per room for the equipment. On the attic a spacious lounge area with bar and lounge can be found. Free parking spaces are subject to availability. On request an underground parking garage (subject to availability) and a charging station for electric vehicles can be used for a fee.The approx. 150 m² large and individually designed rooftop area in the attic and on the roof of the hotel has an airstream bus converted into a relaxation room, a heated Infinity pool with view of the mountain scenery, bio sauna and herbal sauna as well as an atrium with trees. Massages are available in resort for a fee. A wellness voucher worth €10 is included per stay and room (no cash payment, only valid during the selected stay, non-transferable, valid for massages). The opening hours can be found on the notice board in the accommodation.
Board
Included in the holiday price is a rich and regional breakfast buffet and breakfast brunch until 13:00. The rich offer for example includes home made jams, egg dishes, pancakes, bacon as well as salmon and various fresh juices and smoothies. Vegetarian dishes are also available and on request, gluten-free and lactose-free dishes can also be prepared. - Adults Only: The required minimum age is 21 years in the hotel.
- Use of the lifts is free of charge for children up to the age of 5 in Maria Alm. If your child uses the lifts in other ski areas of the Ski amadé independently, a minicard (lift pass) may have to be purchased on site.
