Location

The modern 4-star Superior SEPP - Alpine Boutique hotel is situated approx. 200 m away from the centre of Maria Alm. You can access the ski area by taking the Natrunlift gondola lift approx. 300 m away, or the Natrun cable car approx. 600 m away. Alpine skiers and snowboarders can access the slopes within about 300 m. Cross-country skiing trails can be reached within about 250 m. You can experience a rush of adrenaline on a well-prepared toboggan run approx. 3 km away from the hotel. Ski buses stop within about 50 m. The Saalfelden railway station can be reached after approx. 7 km.

Facilities

Our hotel features various facilities, such as a reception, Wi-Fi, a library, a lounge, a common room, a lift, a breakfast room, a hotel restaurant, a parlour and a hotel bar. Guests can store their ski and snowboarding equipment in a ski box. Drivers can use a parking lot, a parking garage (for a fee) and a charging station for e-cars (for a fee) - subject to availability.

Spa

Our 150 m² large wellness area invites its guests to indulge body and soul and enjoy an organic sauna and a herbal sauna. A refreshing bathing pleasure awaits you in the 125 m² large heated infinity pool. Massages are available for a fee and help encourage an overall sense of well-being. A wellness voucher for specific massages to the value of 10,00 € is included. The voucher(s) cannot be paid out in cash or transferred to third parties. Our staff provides guests with a bathrobe and bathing slippers on a loan basis.

Board

The bed and breakfast catering plan includes a rich buffet style breakfast with regional products, pancakes, bacon, salmon, egg dishes as well as various juices. For late risers, breakfast service time is 08:00 - 13:00. On request, we also serve lactose-free dishes, gluten-free as well as vegetarian alternatives.
