Location

The modern 3-star superior AlpenParks Montana Appartements Matrei is located about 100 m from the village centre and some shopping facilities. The Matrei ski area (Goldried gondola lift) is around 500 m away and a ski bus stop is around 50 m away. A cross-country ski trail is around 300 metres away and a toboggan run is around 2 km away.

Facilities

The apartment complex was reopened in December 2021 and is part of the AlpenParks Montana hotel opposite. The facilities of the modern hotel complex (use possible on request) include a reception, lift, Wi-Fi, day lounge, library, breakfast room, restaurant, bar, wine cellar, ski cellar and a free ski depot at the valley station. Free parking spaces and a charging station for electric cars (for a fee) are also available.
