Location
The modern 4-star Hotel Neuhaus Zillertal Resort is located right in the centre of Mayrhofen. Access to the ski area is possible via the "Zillertalbahn" lift, which is about 200 metres away, or the "Penkenbahn" lift, which is about 850 metres away. Cross-country skiing is available on the network of trails approximately 100 metres away. Ski buses stop approximately 50 metres away.Facilities
This comfortable accommodation consists of a main building and an annex, which are approximately 30 metres apart. The hotel's facilities include a reception, Wi-Fi, lounge, lift, hotel restaurant, parlour, café, hotel bar and winter garden. Outside, there is a terrace and garden. You can store your winter sports equipment in a ski/snowboard storage room. There are parking spaces and a parking garage (for a fee) on site, subject to availability.Spa
The well-maintained spa area, covering approx. 1,500 m², offers a Finnish sauna and relaxation room. For a fee, you can also use the "Kamillen-Saunadörfl" with five different saunas, a cold water hiking trail and a fresh air area, solarium, beauty centre, massages, spa baths and cosmetic treatments.In addition, the new spa and bathhouse covering approx. 5,800 m² has been opened, which is divided into three areas: Garden Spa, Sky Spa and Seppi's Water Fun. The Garden Spa (ages 14 and up) features a gallery indoor pool, relaxation cabins, sun loungers and a textile sauna. Massages and beauty treatments are also available in various treatment rooms (subject to charge). The Sky Spa (ages 16 and up) features an outdoor infinity pool, relaxation pool, sun loungers, tea lounge, event sauna, bio clay sauna, ice mist corridor and ice fountain, as well as an infrared cinema with swing loungers and heated beds. Seppi's Water Fun is particularly suitable for families, with outdoor and indoor pools with various slides, a water playground, lounge furniture and a family relaxation room.

The children's playroom offers age-appropriate entertainment for younger guests. The hotel's youth room offers variety for older children. The hotel also offers loving childcare – changes and restrictions to services and validity periods are subject to change, see information on site. When booking rooms with half-board PLUS catering, a rich breakfast buffet is included. Afternoon catering includes a snack, with cake served. A Christmas dinner is held on 24/12 and a New Year's Eve dinner on 31 December. You can then start the new year with a New Year's brunch. - Please note that parts of the ski area may be closed in the early and late seasons. The Ahornbahn and Möslbahn lifts are not expected to open until 13/12/2025. The Möslbahn lift is expected to close on 06/04/2026. Further information is available at the lift ticket office.
