Location

The modern Explorer Hotel Stubaital hotel is situated approx. 3 km away from the centre of Neustift. The Eisgratbahn cable car, which is approx. 20,1 km away, will take you to the ski area. Cross-country skiing trails can be reached within about 1,2 km. You can experience a rush of adrenaline on a well-prepared toboggan run approx. 6,4 km away from the hotel. Ski buses stop within about 50 m. The Innsbruck railway station can be reached after approx. 21,3 km. Nearby shopping opportunities can be reached within approx. 2,4 km, local cafés and restaurants can be accessed within approx. 300 m.

Facilities

Our hotel features various amenities, such as a reception, Wi-Fi, a common room, a lift, a breakfast room and a hotel bar. Guests can store their ski and snowboarding equipment in a ski cellar. Drivers can use a parking lot (for a fee) and a parking garage (for a fee) - subject to availability.

Spa

Our wellness area invites its guests to indulge body and soul and enjoy a sauna, a steam bath and an infrared cabin.

Children

High chairs can be used free of charge (upon request and availability).

Important notes

  • When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with extra beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
  • Children up to and including the age of 9 do not receive a lift pass voucher and ski free of charge when accompanied by an adult. If children up to and including the age of 9 ski alone or attend ski lessons, a lift pass must be purchased on site. Further information is available at the lift ticket office.
  • If you book a 2- or 3-day lift pass, you can use the lifts from 12 noon on the day of arrival. Show your lift pass voucher at the lift ticket office at noon (only valid for the Stubai Glacier lift pass, not possible on the day of departure).

Reductions

Depending on the room type, age of the traveller, arrival date and lift pass, you could receive various reductions to the holiday price.

Generally speaking, babies younger than 24 months of age upon arrival can travel for free, but they must be listed on the booking. Please note that fees for the stay may be charged locally (see Local Costs/Services).
