Ski area Bergeralm ski arena
From the highest point of the ski area on the Nößlachjoch, several black and red pistes offer a challenging descent. A medium-difficulty family piste also leads down into the valley. Further down, below the gondola lift, runs the dreaded "Manni Pranger". It is one of the steepest groomed pistes in Austria, named after the 2009 Tyrolean slalom world champion, and has a steep slope with a decline of 46 degrees, which is a challenge even for seasoned experts.
From steep slopes to floodlights and a children's paradise, this small ski area really does have it all. This versatility also convinced the state of Tyrol, which awarded the ski area the Tyrolean Piste Seal of Quality. Here you can be sure to spend a varied skiing holiday with long days on the slopes.
Night skiing Bergeralm ski arena
Nocturnal skiers get their money's worth in the Bergeralm ski arena. With more than 9 km of pistes and 4 different descents, the ski area is one of the largest night ski areas in Europe. Anyone who hasn't had enough of winter sports during the day can ski here at night on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 18:30 to 21:30. Those who prefer sledging can enjoy a 5 km toboggan run, which is also floodlit.Après ski Bergeralm ski arena
The Steinach innkeepers take care of your physical well-being with typical local delicacies such as Schlutzkrapfen. The dumplings filled with spinach or mushrooms are a culinary delight and highly recommended. For cosy drinks in the evening, head to the trendy Papa Chico, for example. If you are prepared to travel a little further, you can enjoy the great nightlife of the nearby metropolis of Innsbruck.
Snowpark Bergeralm ski arena: Children's fun park
Another special feature of the Bergeralm ski area is the fun park specially set up for children. In "Noah's Kinder Fun Park", the very youngest can try their hand at miniature rails, boxes and corners. This child-friendliness makes it easy to overlook the fact that there is no snow park for adults at the Bergeralm.
