Location
The comfortable 4-star Hotel Latini is located in the Schüttdorf district, about 2 km from the centre of Zell am See. The AreitXpress cable car, which comfortably takes you to the Schmittenhöhe ski area, is about 250 m away and the ski bus stop is about 50 m away. The entrance to the cross-country skiing trail is possible at a distance of about 250 m.Facilities
The facilities of the well-run hotel include a lobby with reception and seating area, lift, Wi-Fi, lounge, breakfast room, restaurant, bar, table tennis, ski cellar with ski boot dryer and the in-house pizzeria "Papa Rudolfo". Free parking, a parking garage and a charging station for electric cars (for a fee) are also available according to availability.In the 900 m² wellness area "Gold-SPA" you will find an indoor swimming pool and a sauna area with Finnish sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin and relaxation room. You can also help yourself at the tea bar and visit the hotel's fitness room. For a fee, you can make use of the beauty centre and massages (dates according to the notice board on site).
On site you will receive an additional 5% discount at the restaurant "Deins & Meins" in Zell am See (on presentation of a voucher, received with the travel documents).
For stays of 3 nights or more, every full-paying guest will receive a drink voucher worth €20.

Depending on the meal plan you have booked, the holiday price includes either breakfast or half-board. The breakfast option comprises a generous breakfast buffet. Important notes
- Access to the swimming area is only permitted to children ages 2 and up when accompanied by an adult.
