Location and facilities
The stylish 4-stars-Hotel Two Timez is located only 20 m away from the pedestrian zone in Zell an See. The ski bus stop is about 50 m away and the ski area Zell am See approx. 120 m. The next cross country trail is only 2 km away.The exclusive hotel is actually the side house of the Hotel Heitzmann, located 12 m away, you can also use the hotels Heitzmann facilities, under other the reception and lounge, elevator, Wi-Fi, restaurant, bar, sauna and relaxation room (daily from 13:00 - 23:00, see info on site), as well as ski room and a parking garage (for a fee, upon availability). 2 x weekly there is Après-Ski event on the Hotel Heitzmanns roof terrace.
In resort you will receive an extra 5% reduction at the restaurant "Deins & Meins" in Zell am See and, up until the end of the 2018/19 winter season, a €10 discount (once per person) at the "Fancy's" fashion boutique, when shopping for at least €60.

The high quality furnished rooms have a bathtub ar shower/wc, cable TV, Wi-Fi, telephone, radio, safe, hair dryer, cosmetic mirror and some have balcony or terrace.Board
The half board included in the holiday price contains a breakfast buffet and dinner with 4 course choice menu. Once per week there is a theme evening organized (info in resort). On Holy Evening there is a Christmas dinner and Christmas party with a small gift included. On 25/12 you are offered live music. On New Year's Eve you receive a bottle of bubbly wine per room (incl.) and you can participate to the New Year's Eve party, organized on the roof terrace.All board service take place in Hotel Heitzmann.Pets
