Location

The cosy ROJ Rooms & Suites hotel is located approx. 2,9 km away from the centre of Zell am See in the district of Schüttdorf. You can access the ski area by taking the AreitXpress gondola lift approx. 1,1 km away, or the cityXpress cable car approx. 3,1 km away. The thermal spa Tauern Spa also offers a special wellness experience and is situated approx. 6,3 km away. There is a picturesque and inviting lake, the Zeller See, at a distance of approx. 1,5 km. Ski buses stop within about 280 m. Nearby shopping opportunities can be reached within approx. 300 m, local cafés and restaurants can be accessed within approx. 200 m.
