Cross-country Borovets

Fans of cross-country skiing will find a trail network surrounding Borovets with a length 35 km and trails at all levels of difficulty.

A 10 km trail starts right next to the gondola's valley station. Further trails can be found outside the resort, some of the lead through idyllic forests. The biathlon trail is known to be one of the best ones in Europe - in 1993, the biathlon world championship took place here.
