Location

The cosy Résidence Saskia Falaise apartments complex is situated approx. 400 m away from the centre of Avoriaz in the district of La Falaise at an altitude of approx. 1.800 m. Alpine skiers can get on a slope directly at the door. Local shopping opportunities as well as cafés and restaurants are just outside the door.

Facilities

The friendly furnished accommodation features various facilities, such as a reception. Guests can store their ski and snowboarding equipment in a ski box. Drivers can use a public parking area (for a fee) - subject to availability.

Children

The Résidence Saskia Falaise has a children's corner. On request, guests will be provided with a baby package (for a fee).

Important notes

• Over-occupancy resulting from babies: not possible
• Avoriaz is a car-free village. Public parking spaces and an underground parking garage at the entrance to the village are available for a fee. For the underground parking garage, we recommend booking online at www.avoriazparkings.com. A transport service is available 24 hours a day, every day, to take you to your accommodation for a fee.
• The accommodation comprises several buildings. Accommodation is available in all parts of the complex.
• Please note that proof of age is required when collecting lift passes.
• From 28/03/2026 until the end of the season, for every adult lift pass purchased for Portes du Soleil, one child between the ages of 5 and 11 (at time of departure) will receive a free lift pass for Portes du Soleil for the same duration (valid when booking a 3-day lift pass). If you book for more children than accompanying adults, a child's lift pass must be purchased on site. Further information is available at the lift ticket office.
