The cross-country ski trail network around Les 7 Laux is small but mighty! 16 kilometres of trails await you in Prapoutel, which you can easily reach with the chair lift from Le Pleynet. A further four kilometres run around Le Pleynet. There is a charge for using the cable cars in the cross-country ski areas.
At 6 kilometres, La Beldina near Prapoutel is the longest cross-country trail in the area and is also suitable for less experienced skiers. Le Pleynet also has a 3.5-kilometre high altitude cross-country ski trail at 1,950 metres, which is also suitable for beginners. Due to the altitude, the cross-country trails are not only reliable of snow until spring, but also offer a fantastic view of the slopes of the Arguille.
From Le Pleynet, there is a connection to the "Espace Nordique du Grand Domaine" with a 30 km circuit from Barioz.
