Location and facilities
The Résidence Le Borsat IV is situated in Val Claret, directly on the piste, only approx. 50 m from the nearest lift. When the snow conditions allow it, ski-in to the accommodation is possible. Shopping facilities can be reached in approx. 300 m.The Résidence offers a wonderful view over Val Claret and has a reception, Wi-Fi (at the reception & on the rooms), lift, lounge with billiards (extra charge) and direct access to the slopes, as well as covered parking for a fee (subject to availability).
In addition, when booking a lift pass for 6 days or more, entry to the swimming pool at the Aquacenter "Le Lagon" is free for you for the period of validity of the lift pass.

Important notes
- Please note that if the apartments are not left clean on departure, a cleaning fee (€100 - €190, depending on type/size) will be deducted from the deposit
- Please pay the deposit on site preferably by credit card. If this is not possible, please contact the reception before arrival.
- Please note that there is no parking available on site. A public parking space (for a fee) must be reserved prior to arrival. You will receive further information with your travel documents.
- When booking a 6 days lift pass, you will receive a free upgrade to a 7 days lift pass on site at the lift ticket office upon presenting your voucher.
- When booking a 6 days lift pass, you will receive free admission to the Lagon swimming pool (see infos at the resort).

Reductions
Depending on the room type, age of the traveller, arrival date and lift pass, you could receive various reductions to the holiday price.

Generally speaking, babies younger than 24 months of age upon arrival can travel for free, but they must be listed on the booking. Please note that fees for the stay may be charged locally (see Local Costs/Services).
